Database connection issue.

Mar 15, 2011 at 7:51 AM

I have happily completed the MusicStore app and thought I would change things around, basically copying the structure to create a fishing club/member app. All I have done to this point really, is change Genre for club and Album to member. Similarly my database has the same tables. I used the MVC application rather than an empty shell and was going along nicely until page 47 of the tutorial where you get to return database data for the first time.

var genres = storeDb.Genres.ToList();

when loooking like this

club = storeDB.clubs.ToList();

throws an error.  the error says that I have an invalid column name clubclubID, it should be just clubID

I have checked the code over and over and it all seems good.

Has anyone seen a similar error?

I normally work with VB but shouldn't it be

club = storeDB.clubs.ToList();
in C#
