Could not load file or assembly 'MySql.Web, Version=6.7.4.0 - Page 82 Security Tab

I am using Visual Studio Professional 2012, OS Windows 7, 64bit

When I click on the security tab of the ASP.NET configuration site, I receive the following message:

Could not load file or assembly 'MySql.Web, Version=6.7.4.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=c5687fc88969c44d' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\Config\machine.config line 258)

While searching for an answer I can across the mySql site that said that this was a VS 2012 bug http://forums.mysql.com/read.php?174,591183,591291#msg-591291 .

One solution is to enter manually enter the information into the web.config file. However, I am not sure how to do this. Can someone provide me an example. I would really like to finish the MvcMusic tutorial.

Here is a snap shot of my machine.config file
<providers>
